One of the nation's largest Christian foster care and adoption agencies will no longer allow LGBTQ couples to foster or adopt children through its programs, clarifying a years-old policy and citing a renewed commitment to its religious beliefs.
Bethany Christian Services announced the change in a press release Wednesday, saying future foster families must align with the organization's statement of faith and belief.
"Clarity around our Christian identity is essential to our Christian witness and critical to the long-term health, sustainability and impact of our mission," Keith Cureton, CEO of Bethany Christian Services, told Fox News Digital in a statement.

"Trans people want special treatment"

The federal government is moving to ensure that any doctor or hospital or clinic which receives Medicaid funding cannot provide gender affirming care for trans people, making it functionally impossible for many to find adequate care or even fill their hormone therapy prescriptions. This will result in dead people, or people fleeing their homes so they can live in peace in states which have taken action to preserve access to care in the face of federal attacks on the humanity of trans people.

People who find out a potential romantic partner is trans and react with violence are able to use that revelation as a defense in every grey state on the map, and at the federal level. Apparently, wanting freedom from hateful violent attacks is "special treatment."
