A federal judge recently invalidated ALL of RFK Jr.’s changes to vaccine policy — including the reduction of the recommended childhood immunizations and his remaking of a key vaccine advisory panel.

U.S. District Judge Brian E. Murphy granted a motion by the American Academy of Pediatrics for a preliminary injunction against the reduced childhood immunization schedule earlier this year, along with the remaking of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, invalidating ALL votes made by the committee since.

Murphy found that the reconstitution of the ACIP last year failed to abide by the Federal Advisory Committee Act. He also found that the CDC bypassing the ACIP when changing the childhood immunization schedule was both a “technical, procedural failure” and “an abandonment of the technical knowledge and expertise embodied by that committee.”

“The Court concludes that, in addition to being contrary to law, the issuance of the January 2026 Memo was arbitrary and capricious because it abandoned the agency’s longstanding practice of getting recommendations from ACIP before changing the immunization schedules without sufficient explanation,” Murphy wrote in his ruling, referring to the CDC’s announcement at the start of the year altering the childhood and adolescent immunization schedule.

Last June, Kennedy fired all 17 sitting members of the ACIP, claiming it was necessary to “re-establish public confidence in vaccine science.” He went on to appoint a slew of known vaccine skeptics and critics to the committee.

Since this remaking, the new members of the ACIP went on to vote in favor of no longer recommending birth doses of the hepatitis B vaccine; to delay the combined measles, mumps, rubella and varicella vaccine; and to no longer recommend the COVID-19 vaccine for everyone 6 months and older but to leave it to “individual-based decision making.”

Infant vaccines should be delayed, and not grouped together.
And the mRNA covid shot should be totally outlawed.

Scientists in Atlanta were stopped from criticizing the Trump admin at a scientific conference, so let me do it here:
Trump is destroying biomedical research in America, and it will take decades to get back on track.

This is the guy who owns Greenwater who did the filtration system.....Atlanta Coatings was the company that painted the bottom of the reflecting pool who worked on Trump's golf course pool nearby...."his pool guy"

Generally money laundering is conducted in a venue less conspicuous than the Lincoln memorial reflecting pool.
That's to keep the evidence off the newspaper's front page. BUT !

A New Air Force One, via Qatar, Nears Its First Presidential Flight

President Trump showed off the new red, white and blue Boeing 747, a gift from Qatar that prompted a storm of criticism from lawmakers, before a flyover on July 4.

President Trump has trampled the United States Constitution before.
So this flagrant violation of the Art.1 Sec.9 - 8 is but more of the same.
ARTICLE 1. SECTION 9 - 8
"... no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State."
There are risks to President Trump occupying this aircraft.

a) One risk, it may be bugged, thus a means for eavesdropping on the President of the United States of America, direct to the Middle East.
b) Another risk, that the aircraft is sabotaged, designed to explode mid-flight, killing all aboard, obviously including President Trump.

Apparently both houses of congress, each lead by a member of the president's political party,
are willing to risk a above, in context of b above.

hmmm ... 🤨

If the team refurbishing the jet did their job properly they'll have completely dismantled the plane - after all, any part of the plane could be bugged so it's a massive job (there are thousand of miles of wire alone) but I'm sure that all they've done is "prettify" the plane and nothing more.

Judge says Trump DOJ subpoenas of Tim Walz and other Democrats are unconstitutional

Hannah Rabinowitz, CNN / Mon, June 22, 2026 at 1:54 PM GMT-5
A federal judge on Monday blocked the Justice Department from forcing Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and other officials to turn over records in its probe of Democratic resistance to the Trump administration's immigration crackdown, calling the move a retaliatory effort to "harass political opponents."

Trump ?!
Harassing political opponents ?!
- gosh -

Oh.
Good.
BUT !

I thought that was what
"We will fix it? President DJT" #3,452
is.

My interpretation:
if it is not repaired, the Trump dilapidated monument would reflect symbolically for our 250th anniversary.

"anyone who thinks that will happen doesn't understand how money laundering works." S2 #3,456
A comfort to know Trump is actually good at something?

At least 5 people arrested in alleged tampering with Reflecting Pool, official says

Trump repeated his claims that the Reflecting Pool is under attack ahead of the nation’s 250th birthday and said offenders may get 10-year prison sentences.

Who is Trump trying to pin this on? Why?

According to the NBC report, the "gash" grows like Pinocchio's nose. From 250' to 300' in one article.

The five arrests and citations to five additional individuals come in the wake of Trump saying Saturday, with no evidence so far, that vandals at the Reflecting Pool cut a 250-foot-long “gash into the beautiful facade of what took so much work, competence, and money to build and complete.”
Trump on Monday morning repeated his claims that the Reflecting Pool is under attack ahead of the nation’s 250th birthday. In a post on Truth Social, the president said that the Reflecting Pool has “been given a 300-foot-long gash” as “chemicals have been illegally” placed in the water.

The photographs in the press show material failure more consistent with rupture or tear.
A "gash" is a cut * and thus tends to be less irregular.

Odd.
With all the lying Trump does, shouldn't he be better at it by now?

Re #3,431

Pete Hegseth scrapped the military's flu vaccine rule in April, calling it an attack on "freedom." Two months later, a flu outbreak tore through an Air Force base, sickened roughly 160 recruits, and forced the Air Force to bring the mandate right back.

This is what happens when you put a Fox News host in charge of the most powerful military on earth.

In April, Pete Hegseth stood in front of a camera and announced that flu shots would no longer be required for American troops. He framed it as liberation.

"Under the disastrous Biden administration, this Pentagon waged an unrelenting war on our warriors," he said, calling the decades-old vaccine requirement "absurd, overreaching." His closing line: "We will not force you because your body, your faith and your convictions are not negotiable."

The military had required that shot for years, under presidents of both parties, for one simple reason. Recruits live stacked in open bunk rooms, eat shoulder to shoulder, and train in tight formation.

It is exactly the environment where a virus spreads like fire. Vaccinating troops was never about politics. It was about ....

The natural result of applying Hegseth's logic elsewhere

If only there was some way to prevent people from getting measles - maybe a needle or something??

1782216347940.png

The U.S. measles crisis has now crossed 2,100 cases in 2026 — and the year is only half over.

The CDC has confirmed 2,104 measles cases so far this year, after 31 new infections were reported in just one week. The country is now closing in on the 2,288 cases recorded for the entire year of 2025.

Of this year's cases, 93% involve people who were unvaccinated or whose vaccine status is unknown. Children are bearing the heaviest burden, with nearly three quarters of all cases in people under 20 years old.

South Carolina has recorded the most cases at 670, followed by Utah with 498, Texas with 182, and Florida with 141. Virginia has seen a sharp rise, adding 19 cases in a single week, most linked to an outbreak in Buckingham County that only began in May.

Health officials in Utah have warned that while cases are slowing, one cluster in the wrong community could trigger another major surge.
